Katie Webster

She was born as Kathryn Jewel Thorne and she was acknowledged as the one of the premier blues artists of her generation and an American boogie-woogie pianist. Webster learned piano as a child. She was boisterous singer and pianist until 1980s repeatedly booked for European tours, recorded albums. With great good humor she served a mixed menu of blues and R&B.
