The solo piano literature  that was performed especially challenged the abilities of the PETROF. These challenges were met and exceeded , as the sound from this instrument was outstanding  and absolutely supported the talent of our students. As an accompanying  instrument, it was also exceptional.
In addition, its physical and commanding presence on the stage contributed to the dramatic nature of the evening even during those moments when it was silent.
