After testing various other brands, I concluded that the sound quality and tonal clarity of the PETROF brands was superior to all others.  I had the pleasure of playing the PETROF model III, IV and V and I can say that each of them produced a sound comparable to other brands that were 1 foot longer or more. I now own a Petrof Model III grand and I love it. PETROF pianos have my whole-hearted endorsement as a musician.
